Felt like all the basic requirements for age care are completed in a short period. Online class was very convenient. For me, manual handling did really boost the confidence level to provide services.

The overall setting was wonderful and there were a lot of enjoyable activities, but it would have been more efficient to combine day 3 and 4 for manual handling training into a single day since we completed everything quickly on the last two days. It felt like we wasted time by leaving early and making the trip for just these two extra days.

Best customer service and quality education. Highly recommend and amazing staff and environment. I had a face to face class and I enjoyed my course also my tutor Rohan she has been very supportive and best. Her teaching skills were amazing and she had a good relationship with the students
